Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with ONE NATION GmbH. The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an non-binding online catalog. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submitting the order. The conclusion of the contract with us depends on the payment method you have chosen:

   - Credit Card
     By placing the order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card data to us. After legitimizing yourself as the rightful cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.

   - PayPal, PayPal Express
     During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There, you can provide your payment details and confirm the payment instructions to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, accepting your offer.

   - Sofort by Klarna
     After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you confirm the payment instructions. This concludes the contract with us.


3. Language of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver within Germany free of shipping costs. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, a pickup of the goods is not possible.

5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

   - Credit Card
     By placing the order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card data to us. After legitimizing yourself as the rightful cardholder, we immediately request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company, and your card is charged.

   - PayPal, PayPal Express
     During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately thereafter. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

   - Sofort by Klarna
     After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you can confirm the payment instructions to pay the invoice amount via Sofort. The contract with us is concluded through this.

   - Purchase on Account via Klarna
     In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first, and you always have a payment period of 14 days. 6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. The failure to lodge a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. For used goods, the following applies: If the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, the claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods. 9. Discounts
Multiple discounts (e.g. discount codes) cannot be combined. Only one discount can be used per order.

10. Liability
The above limitations and shortening of deadlines do not apply to claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents. We always assume unlimited liability:

   - for injury to life, body, or health,
   - in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
   - for promised guarantees, if agreed, or
   - to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, the liability
